Terms of Use

Last updated 16 September 2026

These terms cover your use of the Project Profile platform at projectprofile.online. By signing in, you agree to them.

1. Who may use the platform

Access is by invitation. Accounts are created by Project Profile Pty Ltd (ABN 57 674 795 745) for our staff and for people at the client organisations we act for. There is no public sign-up, and you may not use an account that was not issued to you.

2. Your account

  • Keep your password and sign-in links to yourself. Sign-in links are single use and grant access to your account.
  • Everything done through your account is treated as done by you.
  • Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.
  • Let us know when someone leaves your organisation so we can close their account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Try to reach data belonging to another client, or any part of the platform your account is not entitled to.
  • Probe, scan or test the security of the platform, or work around any access control.
  • Upload anything unlawful, or anything you do not hold the rights to.
  • Upload malware, or anything intended to damage or disrupt the platform.
  • Scrape or bulk-extract data by automated means.
  • Resell access, or give access to anyone outside your organisation without our agreement.

4. Your content, and who owns what

You keep ownership of everything you upload or submit. You grant us the permission we need to host, process and display it in order to run the platform and deliver the services you engaged us for.

We keep ownership of the platform itself — the software, its design and its documentation. Nothing here transfers any of that to you. Ownership of the creative work we produce for a client is dealt with in that client's contract with us, not here.

5. Connected accounts

If you connect a Google, Microsoft, Xero or advertising account, you confirm you are entitled to connect it and to allow us the access it grants. You can disconnect at any time from the settings screen. What we do with data from those accounts is set out in our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the platform available and to protect your data, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may need to take it down for maintenance, and we may change or remove features. Where a change materially affects how you use the platform, we will tell you.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, the platform is provided as is, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of it.

8. These terms and your contract with us

These terms govern the use of the platform. They do not replace or vary the services agreement between Project Profile and a client. If the two disagree about the services we provide, the signed agreement applies.

9. Ending access

You can ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or when our engagement with the client organisation ends. Our Data Deletion page explains what happens to the data afterwards.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of Queensland have jurisdiction.

11. Changes and contact

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page, and tell account holders directly where the change is material. Questions go to admin@projectprofile.agency.
